Basic Level 2 (Module 1) – Wednesday 18:30 – Knocknacarra – 29 April to 3 June (6 Weeks)

Description

Basic level 1 is aimed at complete beginners, that is, people who have no knowledge of Irish or who only know a few words or phrases (or who attended an ABC basic level Irish course last term). This course emphasizes the development of speaking and listening skills and grammar is taught largely in context. At the end of the course, participants will have learned how to participate in basic everyday conversations, talk about themselves and their background, daily life, hobbies, family, etc.

Important Points of Information

• This course is not suitable for those who studied Irish in secondary school.
• Gaeilge ABC recommends getting an idea of your Irish level here before booking a class.
• Each class lasts one hour and 15 minutes.
• The teacher uses the Communicative Approach in class.
