Local Sponsorship

Gaeilge ABC is a company that works to promote the Irish language in all areas of life in the Bearna-Chnoc na Cathrach area . We work with local people, playgroups, schools, businesses, sports clubs and other organisations to strengthen, nurture, grow and develop the use of the Irish language in the social and cultural life of our Gaeltacht community.

As part of this growth and development, the Bearna – Cnoc na Cathrach Language Plan promises to provide support for a wide range of social projects as well as community development projects and therefore Gaeilge ABC can provide support to different community organisations to promote the Irish language.

The application form, as well as the guidelines for submitting applications for sponsorship from eligible organisations, as well as individuals, are set out in the documents below.
